Strolling at Busan Jin Market, we stop by at sijang to buy some Korea t-shirt to bring back home for souvenir. Pass by one street vendor selling roasted chest nut. Saw the chestnuts were roasting, giving off such an aroma that make me standing around, transfixed, waiting to have a taste. Look enticing and straight away bargaining to buy some.

Chest Nuts also can easily find in Malaysia, but the only different compare with Korea is the size. Here everything is rather big size, apple, strawberry, pear and not least the chest nuts too. Roasted Chest Nuts after peels off the skin looks like small brains. It’s rather dry, grainy texture and slightly sweet, starchy taste.
