This is one of the best Korean Traditional snack. It’s chunks of fried potato coated in translucent hot brown syrup and sprinkled with black sesame seed. Matang definitely looks like shiny candy. They are sweet and crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Do not forget to bite this snack because you will enjoy the sweet, fluffy, creamy sweet potato that melts in your mouth not in your hand.
