Chocolate Apam Balik @ Usup's Apam Balik Stall

Out of the blue, I just a craving for Apam Balik.

Apam Balik quite synonym with Malaysia fast food snack, beside Pisang Goreng this is one of the favourite snack during tea break or a must buy list at Pasar Malam.

Apam Balik is a soft and fluffy pancake folded over grinded peanut, sugar, butter and sweet corn. Nowadays you can choose so many flavors for Apam Balik such as Chocolate, Black Glutinous Rice and coconut.  My favourite is original Apam Balik or sometime Chocolate Apam Balik.

There’s one stall selling quite tasty Apam Balik. The Apam Balik so fluffy and yet the skin is crispy. Just bite softly, feel the crunchy peanut, creamy chocolate, sweet corn and buttery taste of butter lingered around your mouth. What a feeling! Shiok nyer….
